Once Again, Why Is Ann Coulter Not In Jail?? Rush Limbaugh??
Either she knowingly voted in the wrong district, or she took a tax homestead exemption to which she was not entitled. This has been well-documented. It is one or the other. Not to mention her attempts to incite assassinations.

Any other individual caught with the drugs Limbaugh bought, possessed and used would be facing heavy felony charges. So why is he not in jail?

Amazing the cover these two Republican poison spoutters are able to muster when caught redhanded violating the law.

3. It's not just that.
Because Dems get hounded even when Dems are in charge. There is a double standard that benefits republicans. A lot of pressure comes down on prosecutors to "be reasonable." And prosecutors don't play hardball with famous republicans.

4. Come on now
The guy who crashed into the barricade in Washington will get 50+ years in jail. Representative Kennedy (a Democrat) did the same thing and got to go to rehab and AA?

Do you really think it has anything to do with Party affiliation? It has to do with CASH!!! Plain and simple. If you're rich you get off, if you're not, welcome to the justice system, your wait will be a long one.

7. You're so funny ... as I recall it, the first guy you're talking about
crashed into a crowded building and then ran in waving a gun ... at least Kennedy did it at 3am (and not into one of the major buildings where the politicians were at). And yes, he got preferential treatment ... gee, if I cussed out a cop like Mel Gibson, I would have been sitting in jail for quite some time ... (giving a cop the finger is also considered assault)

And I don't think the guy's even going to get anywhere close to what you're whining about ... probably get away with "mental health" issues (esp. if he has passed a few bucks to Repukes ...)

10. Gibson is another good example
It has NOTHING to do with party affiliation. It has to do with money plain and simple. We get to play this left versus right game to distract us from the real issue which is the Uber-Rich (those earning multiple millions a year or those that have it) and the rest of us.

There are two Americas, and those two are not split on party lines. I hate to say.

5. Interesting about the Coulter voting allegations
How would this compare to this guy?

More on Donovan Riley:

I'm somewhat unfamiliar with the whole Coulter voting thing, but does it relate at all to Riley's situation (people are looking for blood by trying to nail him to the wall).

6. The Coulter voting matter hasn't been dismissed yet.
It's now being reviewed by the state attorney's office to see if they will bring charges, but there's been no news lately. She hired bush's re-count attorneys to represent her a few months ago.

8. It's now being reviewed by the state attorney's office??? No brainer!!
It could not be more clear. It is one or the other.

She signed the voter registration application. That is her signature. She gave a false address. She was advised that she would be voting in the wrong district and voted anyway.

Did she deny it? She let her publicist say she was trying to hide from a stalker. Sorry, but that is no excuse for making a false statement under oath when she signed the voter registration form.

And taking the homestead tax exemption for property not entitled to same is fraudulent.

She refused to answer inquiries from the local election board, which if she had nothing to hide she would have cleared up by responding.

The State Attorney's Office does not need an extended period of time to decide this one. Go look where her home is located. Look at the voter registration form. Yep that is her signature. Look at the precinct where she voted. Yep they have a record she voted there, in the wrong district.

There is no "good faith" exception here. Just what appears to be protective "footdragging".

11. At least the supervisor of elections is a Democrat
Otherwise no action would have been initiated at all.

She should at LEAST lose her Florida voting rights. That will be SWEET revenge for 2000!

12. So Why Is There Not More Outcry Over the Delay ???
This is not some complicated factual situation.

Meanwhile, Coulter is going around acting like what she did is nothing, continuing to spout her poisionous venom, and collecting huge speaking fees. She should be in jail.

13. Is It True McCain will Share Stage w/Coulter & Falwell??
I guess that is an object lesson in what it takes to get Republican support to run for president.
First you sell your soul. Then you appear with people who hate you, but smile and ask their supporters to vote for you. I can only imagine what McCain had to promise to get their support.

16. Correction: AG Gonzalez/NOT McCain will be on stage w/Coulter&Falwell
....sorry, but could not confirm the McCain reference.

Did find AG Gonzalez, highest law enforcement office in the land, will appear on stage with Coulter (who is uncharged violator of the voting law) and Jerry Falwell.

Isn't making a false statement under oath when you register to vote a federal crime? WHy not just arrest her while he is appearing on the same stage with her. Otherwise, it just reinforces the public opinion that any Repub can violate the law with cover from this Administration.
