On Imus, that the White House is only doing this so they can't be prosecuted for war crimes. Duh. As I pointed out elsewhere, I imagine bank robbers would love to redefine bank robbery as "killing three or more guards in the act of acquiring a permanent, no-interest loan from a financial institution." Anything below that threshold is AOK.
