Washington's Enron-style accounting.

Is any of this true?

Washington's Enron-style accounting is now so widespread and so deeply ingrained, the nation could be bankrupt and not even know it.

You go to work. You save and invest. You vote in the November election. And you assume that everything is business as usual. Then, one day, you wake up to the shocking discovery that it's not.

Inflation is at least three percentage points worse than what they're telling you. Unemployment and the budget deficit is over double. The national debt is at least five times bigger than official tallies.

Almost every number coming out of Washington has been thoroughly massaged and greatly distorted, almost always with a bias toward sweeping the dirt under the carpet and sugarcoating the truth.

This is not a conspiracy. It just happens naturally. But that doesn't diminish the potential impact on your money. It's easily the greatest scam of all time.

1. Back when Clinton took office, there was expectation that he would open
the books on serious matters like BCCI - the word around DC was that Greenspan told Clinton he couldn't allow the pursuit of BCCI because the truth in the documents would collapse the world economy.

Clinton closed the books. Protecting BushInc and their entire empire of global terror financial networks. That worked out well for this country, didn't it.

The next Dem president needs to commit to opening the books on BushInc so we can DEAL with the FACTS, not the fiction that protects only the criminals.

4. What I'd like to know is what has been done to change this?
The world economy is still poised to collapse, and I don't think they have done anything to change the course we've been on since the madness of the 80's.

7. Which is why I support open government Democrats. I think Dems have to
start respecting the people enough to TRUST them with the TRUTH so they can make informed decisions and actions as citizens.

9. The sad fact is that Jimmy Carter told them the truth and was
universally vilified for it. From the media to his own party, we beat him up one side and down the other for telling the sheeple the truth.

3. I can't thank you enough for this.
I used to refer people to John Williams original report, but they put it behind the subscription only wall. The complete report is quite detailed and terrifying in its implications.

People just don't want to believe how bad things really are here, and so are more than willing to accept any BS "good news" the shills want to shovel. Another problem is that he clearly shows that everybody has engaged in this avalanche of lies going back to the Kennedy administration, so we can't to "them" as the bad guys.

Well here's a :kick: and accompanying recommendation, I hope this gets some play here.

6. That's why I want the books opened up - the BS has to stop and truth and
reason need to prevail.

How many politicians pledge truthfulness?

8. If our government really opened the books, it just might be enough
to enrage the sheep and awaken them from their 50 year slumber.

I can't lay my hands on the report this minute, and so can't quote the actual numbers but, one of the most terrible facts it presents is the true debt and deficit. The real numbers show the indisputable fact that we are, and since raygun's second term have been, bankrupt. I don't mean, "we have a problem here that must be addressed immediately" bankrupt, but rather a we owe all of the production we can manage for the next two generations, bankrupt. I mean, a complete collapse of the global economy, bankrupt.

Master criminal 41, and his accomplice Greenspan, staved off the first collapse in 1987 by simply telling bald-faced lies to the whole world and the 4th quarter reports managed to cover up the extent of the crash. Raygun's faux "miracle" simply delayed and multiplied the inevitable pain and suffering that had to be endured in order to correct the economic insanity the financial institutions wrought. The price we must pay is several orders of magnitude greater now and the suffering will be much, much, worse, maybe so much worse that the sheeple rise up and demand a French-style accounting of the perpetrators and their enablers.

This is getting too long, sorry. Another :kick: in the hopes that some may heed this dire situation.
