Where are the War Crime Indictments?

I want to see action, legal action, constitutional action taken against these tyrants, I want to see subpoenas and indictments and I want to see bush and rummy and condi and cheney and karl dragged before a court and forced to answer questions under oath.

Why isn't this happening yet? If we win in Nov. will it happen? If we lose will it happen? Would it look too much like revenge for Clinton? Screw that, its our duty to bring these men up on charges, why isn't anyone doing it, publicly, loudly, proudly and immediately?

What are the odds they will finally grow a set and indict anyone?

Durbin just said in the Senate panel this afternoon that the war crimes of KBR will not even be recognized by the GOP much less discussed or acted upon. If the head Dem cannot get the Senate to do anything, what can we do?

Letter writing, calls and protests are not working. Without a free press, there is almost no chance of getting the masses to mobilize. We need a media drumbeat.
