Tom Selleck to replace Charlton Heston at NRA
Edited on Mon Sep-18-06 09:47 PM by ariellyn
At least he's being considered according to Rachel Maddow--as Heston has Alzheimers.

Seems like an exercise in overcompensation on the part of Selleck IMHO. He sends my gaydar off the charts.

1. And at least Heston was a good actor that one could respect
Selleck is just a giant fucking moron piece of shit. Magnum PI was one of the dumbest fucking shows ever, and he was the perfectly ingorant asshole moron to play the role, since the show had no integrity or art to it.

4. Selleck was actually really good in Eisenhower.
He's got some good things about him, for sure.

17. Heston? Actor? Yeah, And Junior's Up For The Nobel In Physics!
Even his biggest fans admitted that Charlton Heston was one of the worst actors to come out of '50s Hollywood - an era noted for real stinkers.

22. Heston was a wooden actor with limited skills. His high point was
Moses in the Ten Commandments and that was a mediocre and unconvincing performance, imo.

2. Oh the humanity
Whatever shall I do if I boycott Tom Selleck.. I won't be able to watch Three Men And A Little Lady ever again.

No big loss to me if he becomes head of the NRA.

(sorry if the sarcasm was too much :D)

3. Yeah, Tom's so far back in the closet...
...he's sharing space with old tennis rackets and the crappy Christmas presents nobody got around to regifting. If he was any deeper in denial, he'd be an Egyptian fisherman. Being top dog at the gun club ain't gonna change that.

12. Really, so its not a gay guns thing?
Sounds a lot like guns are a sign of repressed homosexual tendencies, and that perhaps they have the onion
choose their ironies deliberately to represent the hidden urges. These, when passed through the hole to
china manifest as the "3 represents", something utterly boring, showing that distance does not make an idea better.

18. It's a little-known Hollywood secret, but...
...the mustache actually is the entity known as 'Tom Selleck.' The big hairy galoot it's attached to is just a prosthetic appliance, so that 'Tom' can get around under its own power.
