47-41 according to Rasmussen. Last month he had a tighter race 45-42 in favor of Brown.

1. This is most likely outside the margin of error.........
Isn't it?

How I hope so!

9%. If its 9% or less its stealable?

4. What will happen if Brown actually wins in a squeeker?
Will Diebold have failed the GOP?

5. In my warped perspective
I could see the gop using diebold to ensure there is a democratic majority in both houses come January and the gop will immediately (its now in the planning stages) blame dems for everything (economy, iraq, iran, corruption in government) in an effort to secure the white house in 2008. Its classic rove. And since its not looking good for the gop in the midterms now, they might just ensure that a dem win happens.

Winning or losing elections in a corrupt manner, just another "conservative" value.

7. No, the GOP would probably have failed Diebold by not getting
close enough for it to be able subvert the result without nationwide outrage.
