10. They are very clever. Combining Dick's 19 with George's 38,

you get a 57%. That's not bad considering Dick's the Pres and George is the front man. Certain people love the front man and don't know Cheney is the real Pres. You never hear anyone of them praising Cheney, but he is where the action is. Doesn't matter that he is only a 19. He will go his way and probably never be held accountable for anything a la Kissinger.

Cheney doesn't need to be Pres if they keep winning ... make that stealing.

Hadley will inherit the package or they might make Hadley the VP (read Pres) and repeat the front man set up since Hadley is not very charismatic and they got away with the farce for these eight years.
