at the big, crowded Malls because she honestly rates (severe osteoporoses) the Handicapped sticker that saves us from walking from the back 40 of the shopping center parking lot. ;)

Also, you're right, you only need to hang the "Handicap Permit" from the rear-view mirror.

Yes, but I'd hate to think he's take a handicapped person with him just to RATE a coveted space. That could be a story within itself.

Us "kids" (we're in our 40s and 50s) always take Mom to the first upscale restaurant for lunch with one of us, while the rest - SHOP! :P I wonder what's Joe Lieberman's story/excuse?
