Now that Ney has plead guilty, will he bring down a boatload of
repubs with him? His sentence of ten years was reduced to 27 months if he fully cooperates in the investigation. That is a very healthy incentive. He must have the dirt on a lot of them.

3. Tin Soldiers and Nixons Coming
With Ney running for cover, Tom Noe guilty in Bush contribution scheme and facing another trial for embezzlement, Strickland and Brown both ahead in the polls, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

7. Speaking of that, I saw Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young last weekend.

They did Ohio along with Chicago, Let's Impeach The President, They Want It All and Rockin' In the Free World. It was an all around great show.

:)

2. He's already said he was pressured by the Stupid campaign
to come up with mo money, mo money, mo money. He has the ability to name a lot of names, perhaps to start to bust up that interstate racketeering organization known as the RNC.

Whether or not he can shed light on the stolen Ohio vote of 2000 remains to be seen. My guess is that we'll have to get Blackwell to choose between dying of old age in prison versus singing like a birdie to get that one out in the open.

My feeling is that Ney is a money man who doesn't have that much to do with election fraud. He may be able to point investigators into the right direction on that, though.

6. You mean 2004.
The stolen Ohio vote of 2004. That's what Blackwell was involved in.

8. Ney was Chairman of the committee that gave us HAVA!
He also blocked Rush Holt's bill, to require a paper trail in all votings machines, for a year and a half. He knows plenty about stuff more important then money. Someone needs to ask him if Karl Rove told him to keep HR 2239 bottled up in committee. We a KNOW he did. He needs to admit that. It would help a lot. Also it's a JOKE expecting Justice to get to the bottom of any crimes by Ney. Their job, including that blond bitch who was on the TEE VEE yesterday, is to KEEP NEY QUIET!

9. Are you sure about that?
I read somewhere (talking points memo, I think) that he had not agreed to cooperate.

10. Ney has blamed his woes on Demon Rum.
My guess is that he will claim his memory is alcohol-impaired when it comes to "cooperating with the investigation."

Otherwise, I sure hope Mr. Ney likes the Pruno at the Big House. That might keep the jim-jams at bay.
