Bush has lot of experience at torture...
Even as a child, he would gather all his "friends" together to go frog hunting. After a summer rain, the frogs were a "threat" to the neighborhood. If they had not fought them there, we would have been fighting them here today. But the young Bush "believed in his heart" he had the solution to resolve this terrible threat to our way of life.

So they captured every frog that was on the battlefield. A few they tortured in the belief that the others would start croaking and explain all the secrets the young Bush knew they were concealing. On more than one occasion, the young Bush would stick a firecracker ordnance in the small frogs mouth and throw them in the air and watch the blood spatter. The other frogs tried to hop away in fear. But there was no escaping the wrath of the young Bush in his attempt to protect his neighborhood...

1. He also shot Jeb with a BB gun
Mama Bush spanked his tender bottom for that one. (And then bragged about it to the press circa 2002.)

It was probably the last time he's been punished for an act of cruelty.

10. When he was 16 he'd line up his little brothers Neil and Marvin
in a hallway, make them run, and shoot them with BBs.

Bush, as president of his fraternity, defended torture.
See: http://www.yaledailynews.com/Article.aspx?ArticleID=31064
"Cartoonist Garry Trudeau '70 said he thinks a little-known fact about President George W. Bush '68's past -- that his first mention in The New York Times occurred in 1967 when, as former president of the Delta Kappa Epsilon chapter at Yale, Bush defended the fraternity's practice of branding its pledges with a red-hot coat hanger -- deserves more national attention. ...
In a News story the next day, Bush is quoted calling the branding "insignificant." He said he did not understand how the News "can assume Yale has to be so haughty not to allow this type of pledging to go on."
Theyre talking about branding someone with a red hot coathanger.
Torture and Bush go way back

8. Very interesting!
I'm fairly sure some of the rituals and practices of the Skull & Bones society at Yale also involve torturous activities. Where ritual "hazing" is well known to go too far in many instances among thousands of fraternities and even a few sororities nationwide, I strongly suspect a group like S&B took the abuse a significant step or two farther.

There's that persistent rumor about Geronimo's skull having been stolen from his grave long ago and installed in the S&B meeting hall. Though that doesn't represent "torture," it's an indication of gruesome, macabre thinking that is acted upon. And I've read more than a couple of articles exposing activities within S&B involving human blood and animal "sacrifices." One was written by a journalism student who managed to break into the S&B "tomb" when no one was there and view the trappings, statues and ritual implements they kept stored for regular use there.

Chimpy's early experiences exploding frogs for fun was just preparatory to his later embrace of torture. I hope someone posts a paragraph or two from credible, respected psych textbooks about how commonly animal cruelty is seen in the early life of those who later become fullblown psychopaths and sociopaths.

It's often the first clear sign others can see of emotional pathology -- and one which it is very hard to overlook or dismiss, these days at least, as unimportant.

5. Sure am relieved the frog attacks were deflected in CN and TX
and wherever little Georgie went.

I'm just waiting for someone to suggest to the Chimp that if the Torture Legislation he proposes would only permit "humane" methods necessary to elicit vital information, then he should demonstrate that "fact" to us by undergoing some of the proposed tactics and methods of Torture he has in mind. You know, as a subject of it, his own little self.

What better way to prove his point? Or if he's too busy, volunteer Darth Cheney or Ms. Airhead Rice or Donnie Rumsfailed for that assignment. Or KKKarl Rove -- he'd surely be a perfect subject for a Torture Legislation demonstration!

Seriously, why are they beating around the bush about this, when they could actually just BEAT BUSH AROUND awhile to validate their claims?

Hey, if he can don a flight suit and believe that makes him a military hero, then he can strip naked and surrender his body to those who'd be carrying out the Torture proposed by his Torture Legislation. It's only right and fair!
