Maine Veterans Cemetery suffering upkeep problems
http://morningsentinel.mainetoday.com/news/local/3129075.shtml

Augusta. One a sunny ,weekday morning, the Maine Veterans Memorail Cemetery presents an idyllic setting.

The rolling hills, topped with clipped green grass and dotted with stone benches and maturing spruce and pine at the Civic Center Drive cemetery, seem a fit resting place for those who served in the military and thier families.

But those same hills are swallowing the headstones. The granite markers slip below ground level, and grass moves in rapidly, making it diffcult for family and friends to find particlar graves.
