Chris Matthews is one sick SOB.
He would give * permission to torture and stand by and drool while watching torture being carried out. Anyone watching this segment with his panel of columnists? He's so into *'s tough guy posturing he can't be critical. Ron Reagan is doing a good job redirecting Matthews to standards of decency.

1. And then he made a wisecrack using "torture" as a description of
BUSH'S POLL RATINGS.

2. Did he mention anything about Commander Flightsuit's codpiece?
He's a real critical thinker and opinion-maker, our Tweety.

5. I'll bet he was thinking about it
does he even know how ridiculous he sounds when he gets all fluttery about *'s "manliness"? And what do you suppose ms tweety thinks (if there is a ms tweety)?

3. HA! Once again, Tweety has to admit he doesn't get it.
In citing the NYT's poll saying 51% of Americans oppose Bush's new tribunal plan, while 41% approve, Tweety said, "I don't understand the mood of the country!! I thought we were in a rough-and-tumble, go-get-'em kinda mood!"

8. he also made some statement about "maybe I don't watch enough news"
too when talking about Iraq. An amazing statement for someone who is supposed to be on top of things.

10. He asks, "Is Iraq on the front page of your paper?" to the panel members.
The Washington Post guy is, like, "Yeh, Chris."

So I guess we can rule out The Washington Post as one of Tweety's daily reads.

6. You just realized that fact? LOL
The PsyOps people know that his job is to confuse the populace with his manic antics while praising Dear Leader on his manliness. This "act" gets him lots of invitations to very prestigious D.C. Elite type parties and more access to both Democratic and Republican representatives. He must continue because his wife has very expensive tastes. Think of the girlfriend in the movie "bad santa" and you will capture the frantic need Tweety demonstrates to please his Republican M$M Suits and the Spooks within our government.

Basically, he's vomit! :puke:

Terror, and fear of it.

Wow, Tweety.
