The administration and Congress are fully aware of the civil war
raging in Iraq.

Did anyone catch the forum today on CSPAN? Chris Shays was not happy.

3. The civil war in Iraq is so very bad now that even
some Republicans feel they have to rein Chimpy in.

I couldn't believe the look on Shays' face today. He may as well have seen a zombie.
