Aren't secret prisons against the law ??

Not to mention the Geneva Convention and our own military rules? When Bush said he transferred 14 prisoners to Gitmo, didn't he admit to breaking the law? Why isn't he in jail? Why isn't he even called on it - by the Democrats or by the press? Am I missing something here? Where are the questions??

Was very weird the way * answered that question. Like Louise Arbour standing up and saying: "IF CIVILIANS ARE TARGETTED & KILLED IN LEBANON ISRAEL WILL BE CHARGED WITH WAR CRIMES" really hit home.
