The freepers are freaking out over the You Tube Princeton Diebold vid

As I keep pointing out to them, with machines like these, we'll never truly know who won - it's a NON-PARTISAN issue.

2. Then must know for sure that Diebold stole the elections for the GOP
Edited on Thu Sep-14-06 10:21 PM by BattyDem
Otherwise, why would they be so freaked out? Wouldn't they be concerned about Dems stealing elections? Wouldn't they be concerned about their votes being counted?

Any American who isn't completely outraged by the video needs to rethink their citizenship because they obviously don't believe in freedom and democracy.

3. that is EXACTLY what I'm thinking. They claim it's a smear campaign
by the dems. What a CROCK. If you care about your country, you want clean elections. I would be (and have been after reading some history) APPAULED by a Dem stealing an election.

4. I agree. I'd be furious if the Dems were stealing elections
It doesn't matter who wins or who is fixing the elections. This is America and every person who votes should have their vote counted. How dare ANY political party undermine OUR democracy! :grr:

10. I think they're getting nervous
:smoke:

Any Republican who honestly believes the election results are legitimate would not be the slightest bit concerned. Any American who loves their country more than their party would be furious. Their reaction is very telling.

I liked this line by JimboUSofA:

"Republicanism is treason."

B-)

25. It's that they just don't care.
to them:
a) rules are irrelevant, a win is a win.
b) cheating successfully is a sign of superior intellect.
c) leaders are chosen by God anyway. So what if Wally O'Dell gave him a little help.

They're unfit to lead. Democrats need to retake this country by whatever means necessary. Fuck the high road.

9. I just went over there snooping around thinking, you know, this truly
is a non-partisan issue and I was naive to think that I would find them just as appalled as we were and here's what I found:

ZOT! Liberals are Planning to Hack Voting Machines

<snip>

"I guess anybody can volunteer to be an election judge, and with the instructions that are being given out it only takes a few seconds to completely change the votes around without any record of it being done. Just when you though it was getting so the liberals couldn't screw things up anymore, they come up with something like this!"

Look you guys. I know we and they are diametrically opposed both politically and, for the most part, philosophically. But somehow we have to get the word out to the ones who will listen and be reasonable about it. Send this video to everyone you know, especially Freepers, in your family and to your friends.

who quite honestly I was shocked about. This was done by Princeton University and made no mention of either party. Just that the equipment was compromised.

15. Hmmm, could be a little counter-programming going on.....
He baits them with, "ZOT! Liberals are Planning to Hack Voting Machines" and then makes them think with "I know we and they are diametrically opposed both politically and, for the most part, philosophically. But somehow we have to get the word out to the ones who will listen and be reasonable about it." Who knows, if this is what it takes to get record verifiable ballots, I'm fine with using the liberal boogeyman.

I find it interesting that Dems think Bush is an idiot yet he put together a team that continues to outwit them in each election.
I forget, was Gore able to win his own state in 2000 or did the people he represented for years reject him?

They are so blinded by hate and partisanship that they can't see why this is a HUGE problem for EVERY American! Just because they're happy with the election results doesn't mean they're always going to be happy. Don't they realize that? They NEVER see the big picture. They're like little children - as long as they get what they want right now, everything's fine. :eyes:

you can't be both ..with democracy being stolen...by these fucking machines,..

we are a nation of laws that has gone amuck..because of the republican party..

so i say it again..you are either WITH UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ..OR YOU ARE WITH THE REPUBLICAN PARTY that is stealing our republic and democracy..YOU CAN NOT BE BOTH!

this should be non partisan...but it is not ..since only one party is stealing our democracy..and too many in one party know it is going on and they stay mute..

I am American..
