Is it me or does it smell like the media is saving the republicans e
Edited on Thu Sep-14-06 05:15 PM by bigdarryl
They keep talking about a two point jump for Bush in the polls as if this is major and Tweety and his guest are always making the republican argument for them not losing in Nov. i smelled a rat when the media keep talking about a major democratic house pickup in Nov. they were setting the Dem's up for failure and they knew it. as soon as the holiday was over the media pundits kept giving Bush and the republicans favorable news and i predict this will continue until Nov. evertime a democratic candidate or senator is being interviewed the pundit always ask them what is the democratic plan to get out of Iraq they never ask a republican that question. i predict the Dem's will loose again in Nov. because this corporate media is going all out to help the republicans stay in power and the reason why is they all love there tax cuts Bush has given them.

1. I Get That Feeling Too
but of course, they never ask the Republicans for an exit strategy from Iraq because the Republicans are willing to stay the current course.

3. How true bigdarryl
"The Love of money is the root of all evil" and the greedy corporate media is in love with the 'money/tax cuts' they are receiving at the hands of George Bush and the right wing.

It doesn't matter to them that the right wing evil will with all probability be the downfall of America, 'curse America' just give us money is their motto. Hypocrites!

4. No, it's not just you. My favorite last night was the NBC/Gallop
poll where they reported on the question "Which bothers you more"
"That the Democrats don't have any plans?"
or
"That the Republicans won't change?"

Well, Democrats have been spouting plans until they're blue but corporate media cannot seem to hear anything but Republicans saying well theeyyy don't have any plans.

Give me a break. I think the Dems now have to take out full page ads every Sunday across the country with the plan for the week, Iraq, deficits, healthcare, security, and on and on again.

Oh the poll? People were more bothered about the Dems with no plans than the Repubs with a stay the course and die. ARRRRRRRRRRRRRGH.

10. He has to get Bush's numbers up to help his brother's chances in Nov.
The lower Bush's numbers and the GOP party numbers go, the harder it will be for his brother to get elected in Pennsylvania.

Don't expect Tweety to report indepth on election fraud, because that may be the only recourse for his brother.

bacon out of the fire from the git go in 2000. They are the corporate party.

7. Oh no, it's not you. They are doing everything in their power to save
the Boss. Just look at ABCs propaganda fest the other day. Sick, shameful and IMO should be illegal.

8. Well the one thing that is irritating me is...
All of them keep saying that the democrats do not have a clear message. and that since we do not, we are going to lose. They keep harping on that we are going to lose, that they do not see any way we can win. And the Democrat reps they have on are weaklings they don't either want to stand up to them, or they don't know how.

We need the Democratic machine to repeat that 200x per day until the elections.
