I get chills up and down my spine and shudder
when I think about the implications of what could very well be going on in America today.

When you realistically consider that it's very possible this country has been under leadership since 2000 that wasn't legitimately elected by the voters in America, I get chills up and down my spine.

That means Bush, Cheney, and the rest of his Cartel know they aren't really who they profess to be. They know they weren't elected by the people and that their actions are illegitimate.

I shudder when I think that the manipulation worsened in 2004, and that it could be much worse in 2006 and 2008, in spite of a heightened awareness of the issues with electronic voting.

It's very possible that America has been kidnapped and taken hostage. And if that is the case, how unrealistic is it to believe that these same people wouldn't have created an event like 9/11 to enable them to carry out their agenda? Seriously, take off the tin foil hat and consider the true implications. They are truly frightening.

How will we ever restore balance to a country when the playing field isn't level?

How will we ever restore or rights and liberties that have been removed? What is it going to take?

2. If every American knew and believed the truth, we'd be OK.
But they don't know the truth, and when they find out, many refuse to believe. At the moment I don't see the road back. Wait till November! You ain't seen nothin' yet.

3. I don't think we have seen half of what they have in store for us
I worry that they will not give up the office in 2008 as the law indicates, but will somehow declare the law null and void and just become the king of America.
I fear darker days are ahead for us.

4. Sadly, I agree
These are certainly perilous times....I don't see them leaving willingly. I would be surprised at nothing they might do..they've proven what they are.

5. My fear exactly. We may already be living in a corporate empire.
Bill Clinton may be the last President ever elected in America. The average Roman citizen, living their daily life, working and whatever but not directly involved in governing, did they realize their republic had been replaced by an autocratic empire? Did they see it in their daily life? Did they not care as long as the games and races continued? Who will be our next emperor, and who will choose him?

8. What is it going to take--you ask?
I believe we ALL know the answer to that question.
I am not sure Americans are willing to do what is necessary.

13. I think we're going to have to take this country "back to formula"
someday, and it's going to get a lot worse before it gets better.
