Bubbas my husband works with are impressed with
the fact that * brought gasoline prices down. Now only 2 out of that bunch of 10, besides my husband, will actually go to the polls and vote this November, but this stuff is sticking among some folks. Some of these guys couldn't tell you who their representative is or who the governor of the state is now. Some of them still think that Ray is the governor of Iowa.

3. They're more worried about losing their guns and
gay marriage. Now mind you these are the same idiots who'll drink a sixpack and then go staggering through the woods with a gun. Half of them have been through at least one disastrous marriage and are actively trying to get out of paying child support for children they fathered with women the refer to as no good bitches.

Stupid is as stupid does.

4. They deserve the America they're getting
The rest of us don't. I wish we had leaders who didn't obsessively pander to the lowest common denominator. It's bad enough that Hollywood has been doing that for years!

8. It's the Dems fault if they don't point out how the prices are being
manipulated. There are more reasons right now that prices should be high than there were reasons when they jumped to $3.50 per gallon. I hate to say it, but Americans have to be among the most brain-dead people in the world.

9. I agree. Are the Dems saying the gas prices are being deliberately
manipulated? Why not? They shouldn't rely on Americans simply knowing the oil cartel in the White House is behind it. Americans are not that bright.

13. It's an illusion. Smoke and mirrors as usual.

It's not that the price of gasoline is going down, it's just that it's not as bad as it has been.

U.S. Regular Grade Retail Gasoline

Date ................ Price Per Gallon

Aug 7, 1995 ........ $1.12
Aug 5, 1996 ........ $1.20
Aug 4, 1997 ........ $1.19
Aug 3, 1998 ........ $1.02
Aug 2, 1999 ........ $1.18
Aug 7, 2000 ........ $1.44
Aug 6, 2001 ........ $1.32
Aug 5, 2002 ........ $1.36
Aug 4, 2003 ........ $1.52
Aug 2, 2004 ........ $1.85
Aug 1, 2005 ........ $2.27
Sept 5, 2005 ........ $3.03

It's BushCo's Bogus War that drove up the price of gas. It only appears to be down from what it has neen lately but there's a long way to go before the price is close to where it was when he stole the presidency.
