Dear Editor:

Today's Post has a true story ("TALIBAN GETS BURY LUCKY") about American military forces being hamstrung in their fight against Islamist terrorists by the Bush Administration's own rules of engagement.

This past weekend, the American public was treated to the docudrama "The Path to 9/11", featuring a ficticious scene in which previous American military forces are hamstrung in THEIR fight against Islamist terrorists by the Clinton Administration's alleged rules of engagement.

I wonder where the writers got the idea?
