Jack Cafferty just blasted Bush's attempt to pass a law

that would protect him from the consequences of the laws he's broken.

Here is the question:

Should Congress pass a law that would prevent members of the Bush administration from being prosecuted for war crimes?

1. Wouldn't it almost immediately be declared unconstitutional..
.. being ex post facto and therefor in violation of Article I, Sections 9?

7. This is amazing,
if he wants a law to keep him from being prosecuted he must know he has commented war crimes.
To me this is an admission of guilt, his attorney's must have advised him to get a law on the books. Simply amazing!!
