said that Democrats are trying to block Bush from getting his message out via the national media airways by writing a letter to all of the media heads stating that if Bush is going to get air time to promote his agenda, they the Democrats should get equal air time.

She calls the Democrats attempts to have a FAIR AND BALANCED INFORMED MEDIA, an "attempt to block bush from getting his message out"... LOU DOBSS DIDN'T DO A DAMN THING TO DISAGREE WITH HER.

THIS COUNTRY HAS GONE BONKERS.

7. i am beginning to think that it is a contradiction in terms to defend the
middle class and support the fascist regime. perhaps what i think of as the middle class, no longer is the middle class.

8. she said it with the straightest face you can even imagine.
the cave (as in Plato's allegory of the cave) seems to be a most appropriate description of at least her mental residence.

4. As far as I'm concerned ...
... Bush gets his message out every day:

"I am a clueless IDIOT."

THAT is the message that gets broadcast every time he opens his mouth.

Mission MORE than accomplished.

9. if only more people would hear Bush's message the same way!
You have got it down perfectly... painfully there are so many others who buy into all that emotionality that he passes off for truth and patriotism.

19. If he weren't such a self-serving and self-absorbed little creep, he
would get what a clueless idiot he is. He is so puffed up on his own self-importance that he can't see what a fool he makes of himself every time he opens his mouth. People laugh at him and not, like him thinks, with him.

the hill far away from the tree. I have seen her before and she is simply a terrible reporter.

11. i don't know who she was ... but whoever she is she is passing on
a lie in that she is making it seem as if democrats are trying to block bush, rather than trying to get a peep of truth in in this bush distorted world.

17. no. i really didn't turn on the teevee last night to watch bush.
earlier i watched the turned into a movie for teevee, "The Mermaid Chair" that novel by Sue Monkidd.
Then i turned off the tee vee, fiddled around with the computer for a while and then went to bed.
i have also not once tuned in into CBS to see katie couric in her new night gig. because i have seen her come up with too many, "buts" and "ifs" when she has been face with truth telling guests while she was one of the hosts for TODAY, i have been avoiding her evening broadcasts the same way i avoid bush's. i am fed up with people who have the need to pass propaganda off as truth.

16. They have the same attitude about judges - if they don't get their way,
totally unopposed, they'll raise hell. "Activist judge" or, in this case, those bad Democrats are blocking the president.
