anyone here actually see part II of Path?
The first half was so amateurish and poorly shot, scripted, acted and directed, that I could not bear to do it. I picked up a book.

If anyone here did see any of it, what did you think?

1. I need a good debunk site - my friend isn't convinced it's fake
she comes from the belief that they wouldn't put it on tv if it weren't true camp.

4. DUH - I didn't think of that
It's morning and I've had this damn headache for days - I'll just loan her my copy.

Thanks

7. Wow, she actually believes everything on TV is the gospel truth??
That's exactly why they put this trash on TV in the first place, for the gullible. Does she also read supermarket tabloids?? They wouldn't print it if it weren't true!! Forgive me for saying this, but your friend is not too intelligent!!

Give that girl a lollipop and a ticket out of Fantasyland.

There probably is a dedicated debunking site out there by now, but mediamatters.org has quite a lot.

2. It was crap. Same as the first part.
At least the actor playing Cheney looked 80 years old.

Bad accents, bad acting by some. pro-torture, pro-illegal wiretapping, anti-FISA court, etc.

6. Just as shitty, amateurish, and biased as Part I
It tried to give the impression that the Bush gang inherited the mistakes Clinton had made.

8. I already read the commissions report in paperback.
I didn't need to watch a false version of what I read. I watched a great football game featuring QB brothers on opposing teams. It was a great game and anyone who is a football fan and missed that should be ashamed of themselves!!

10. I did and like we all know, Bush did everything in his power
as did Condi and the frail dude who played dick Cheney to prevent the attacks. :sarcasm: Well at least his admin. was portrayed that way. Bush was notably absent during much of the discussion in the film; he appeared very soon after the attacks in his belated speech to the nation.

12. Couldn't watch after Part 1. And I'm not worried about any new converts

because of it. I knew all the players and still had a hard time keeping the events and time line straight.

My wife was a lost cause. I spent more time telling her what was going on than watching the show.

13. I don't think Part 2 ran here in San Diego. The footbal game was
on the ABC affiliate all evening. I kept checking.
