Sept. 13th, 5 yrs. ago No Planes Flew. Unless they had bin Ladens on them
Edited on Tue Sep-12-06 05:35 AM by Philosoraptor
I remember the days after nine eleven, Sept. the twelfth, it was eeire, because there were absolutely no airplanes in the air for the whole day. I live by an airport and the silence was unsettling, but I'll never forget that the day after the attacks, all flights were shut down everywhere.

Except those that carried members of the bin Laden family out of the country. Did I just make that up? Did I invent a lie just to make America look bad cause I hate it so much?

No, this actually happened five years ago to the day, though few know it. It is a strange detail always overlooked by the mainstream propaganda, because it would be considered embarrassing and unseemly and inappropriate for the family of the man who was pegged as the perp of nine eleven to be sprited out in secret with fighter pilot escorts.

Anyone can look up the details of this event on the internet, which as Paul Thomas has taught us is the only true source of true news.

Two dozen members of Osama bin Laden's family were urgently evacuated from the United States in the first days following the terrorist attacks on New York and Washington, according to the Saudi ambassador to Washington.

One of bin Laden's brothers frantically called the Saudi Arabian Embassy in Washington looking for protection, Prince Bandar bin Sultan told The New York Times. The brother was sent to a room in the Watergate Hotel and was told not to open the door.

Most of bin Laden's relatives were attending high school and college. The young members of the bin Laden family were driven or flown under FBI supervision to a secret place in Texas and then to Washington, The Times reported Sunday.

Many were terrified, fearing they would be lynched after hearing reports of violence against Muslims and Arab-Americans.

4. Oh, be careful!
That can't be true, because Michael Moore said it, and as we all know anything Michael Moore says automatically BECOMES a lie cos he's just cool like that. He could say water was wet and several thousand dripping 'pugs would show up to say otherwise.

5. I really don't care if I become a "conspiracy theorist" in the minds
of "some people".

While I didn't knew anyone personally who was killed in the attacks on
9-11, I do remember after seeing the second plane crash into the WTC I said out loud "Bin Laden did this"...

In fact I was on the phone with my eldest brother that morning and he didn't know who I was referring to. I had to remind him about the embassy bombings in Africa in 1998 and then he made the connection as well.

The families of the 9-11 victims have very legitimate questions about what happened that day and I hope to God that someday they get answers to those questions.

8. Yep...
bin laden did it. Yet....“On June 5, 2006, the Muckraker Report contacted the FBI Headquarters, (202) 324-3000, to learn why Bin Laden’s Most Wanted poster did not indicate that Usama was also wanted in connection with 9/11. The Muckraker Report spoke with Rex Tomb, Chief of Investigative Publicity for the FBI. When asked why there is no mention of 9/11 on Bin Laden’s Most Wanted web page, Tomb said, “The reason why 9/11 is not mentioned on Usama Bin Laden’s Most Wanted page is because the FBI has no hard evidence connecting Bin Laden to 9/11.”

Gee, you'd think, after five years, that someone would have found a real connection to bin laden and 9/11, especially when so many people are convinced he was behind it. I quit playing in the shallow end of the pool several years ago. Once I stepped into deep water, I realized things are not what they seem. Thanks.

6. Bin Laden's family flown out-TRUE From the 9/11 commission report:
Flights of Saudi Nationals Leaving the United States
Three questions have arisen with respect to the departure of Saudi nationals from the United States in the immediate aftermath of 9/11:

(1) Did any flights of Saudi nationals take place before national airspace reopened on September 13, 2001? (2) Was there any political intervention to facilitate the departure of Saudi nationals? (3) Did the FBI screen Saudi nationals thoroughly before their departure?

First, we found no evidence that any flights of Saudi nationals, domestic or international, took place before the reopening of national airspace on the morning of September 13, 2001.24 To the contrary, every flight we have identified occurred after national airspace reopened.25

Second, we found no evidence of political intervention. We found no evidence that anyone at the White House above the level of Richard Clarke participated in a decision on the departure of Saudi nationals. The issue came up in one of the many video teleconferences of the interagency group Clarke chaired, and Clarke said he approved of how the FBI was dealing with the matter when it came up for interagency discussion at his level. Clarke told us, "I asked the FBI, Dale Watson . . . to handle that, to check to see if that was all right with them, to see if they wanted access to any of these people, and to get back to me. And if they had no objections, it would be fine with me." Clarke added, "I have no recollection of clearing it with anybody at the White House."26

Although White House Chief of Staff Andrew Card remembered someone telling him about the Saudi request shortly after 9/11, he said he had not talked to the Saudis and did not ask anyone to do anything about it. The President and Vice President told us they were not aware of the issue at all until it surfaced much later in the media. None of the officials we interviewed recalled any intervention or direction on this matter from any political appointee.27

Third, we believe that the FBI conducted a satisfactory screening of Saudi nationals who left the United States on charter flights.28 The Saudi government was advised of and agreed to the FBI's requirements that passengers be identified and checked against various databases before the flights departed.29The Federal Aviation Administration representative working in the FBI operations center made sure that the FBI was aware of the flights of Saudi nationals and was able to screen the passengers before they were allowed to depart.30

The FBI interviewed all persons of interest on these flights prior to their departures. They concluded that none of the passengers was connected to the 9/11 attacks and have since found no evidence to change that conclusion. Our own independent review of the Saudi nationals involved confirms that no one with known links to terrorism departed on these flights.

11. Objective facts?
Just because it would be a nice story, doesn't mean it's true.

This tale just obscures the bigger question: What was the involvement of the Saudi Gov't and Royal Family and Saudi money in 9/11 and terrorism? And why did we not put a big hurt on the Saudi's until they beheaded a few terrorists and closed the radical Islamist schools?
