He's popped in once ir twice to break the vote in the Senate.

He "visits" in town hall forums and lingers on TV press shows, making snide remarks of reassurance and safety.

He discounts all who oppose the PNAC plan by speaking in a passive-cruel fatherly tone of voice that what's been reported is absolutely not true.

He shoots friends.

He goes to Wyoming and the doctor.

He has a bunker.

And for the most part over tha last six years, he is out of sight and sound bite unless necessary to "build the base" to help secure and further the PNAC "get rich quicker" plan.
