Cafferty is back! Here are his questions for today's show
Cafferty File

Jack Cafferty sounds off on the stories crossing his radar. Write in to answer Jack's hourly questions, and watch to see if he reads your response.

4 p.m.: Vice President Cheney says the Bush administration has done "a helluva job" with homeland security. Do you agree?

5 p.m.:How has the United States changed in the last five years?

7 p.m.: Why do almost half of Americans think Saddam Hussein was personally involved in 9/11?

Anyone of those questions catch your fancy?

1. Helluva Job Cheney and Heckuva Job Brownie: go to NO for the next storm!
The Bush regime has totally botched homeland security from Day One. Ignoring repeated urgent pre-9/11 warnings, starting a war against a third party and vastly expanding the terrorist population, and the Katrina crimes are just a few of the highlights.

2. George Bush has transformed this country into a police state, ruled by
a cold, hard, greedy oiligarchy. We are in greater danger than ever, thanks to his policy of global conquest. Meanwhile we starve our children and drown our poor. The greatest danger we need protection from is the Bush Regime.

Vice President Cheney says the Bush administration has done "a helluva job" with homeland security. Do you agree?

I agree if by "helluva job" Cheney means "gone to hell in a hand-basket"

7. more on question 1
Vice President Cheney says the Bush administration has done "a helluva job" with homeland security. Do you agree?

I agree if by "helluva job" Cheney means "gone to hell in a hand-basket". Five years after 911 nuclear & chemical plants are still not required to have adequate security, we still are not screening cargo in commercial airlines, and our port security is a joke. Valerie Plame and her front company 'Brewster Jennings' were tracking loose nukes in the Middle East before the bush* administration outed them and consequently lost years of human intelligence that is vital to our national security. This administration's foreign policies have turned most of the world against us and are much less willing to cooperate with us than they were before bush* attacked Iraq. The bush administration has done a helluva job alright.

4. OSaddama inuendo
The Bush Regime has continually insinuated that Saddam and Osama are somehow connected. When backed against the wall, they admit there is no connection. That story is quietly printed on page 8.

6. my reply to the 7pm question
7 p.m.: Why do almost half of Americans think Saddam Hussein was personally involved in 9/11?

Because it is easier on their little pin brains than thinking about the truth. The Bush administration fed, via the media this false connection - and for these erroneous ones to admit it was other than Saddam Hussein would be that they would have to admit they are/were wrong about their President, about their government, about alot of things that are just too hard for them to have to grapple with. I am sorry for their lazy, addle-brains. And very sorry for my country.
