Bush "Terra" Media Blitz Not Moving Rasmussen Needle
Since today is the day all Bushies have looked forward to with happy anticipation of
a political revival, maybe it's time to look at some polling numbers and see what's
going on.

Georgie Bush has been running around the country ranting about terrorism now for
approx 2 weeks, and since this is his big issue according to Karl Rove, certainly he
must be moving the needle by now.

According to the normally GOP friendly Rasmussen Poll however, nothing much is
moving at all.

Today: 41% approve-57% disapprove
9/10: 42-56
9/9: 42-56
9/8: 42-44
9/7: 41-56
9/6: 41-56
9/5: 41-57
9/4: 42-56
9/3: 41-56
9/2: 41-56
9/1: 40-58

Not getting alot of payoff for all the jet fuel they've been burning.

Can it be that nobody listens to Kenny Bunkport anymore?

1. Two words defeat the Little Monkey propoganda machine.
"Where's Osama?"

3. Perhaps he's lost that issue too.
The public is reminded today that 5 years after 9/11, Osama is still free, and we are not.

Perhaps they will also start to see that 9/11 happened because this regime deliberately ignored the warnings.

They have no issues left at all.

4. Thanks for putting this on the boards this morning. It's a welcome
relief from all the frantic MSM crap.

I feel a little bombarded by some of the maudlin coverage of 9/11, plus that revolting Jesus Camp ad with the terrified girl and the boy with tape over his mouth. I've finally disabled the ads, but wondered if the boy was possibly a victim of one of Tom Ridge's duct tape pranks, and the girl likely has just been told the President of the United States is bombing people for oil. No wonder they're upset.

If Dubya's approval numbers don't climb after this PR blitz, and it doesn't look like they will, I think the GOP is cooked for Nov. 7th.

5. Wait a couple of days before judging the "911 effect".
I'd wait and get excitied with the numbers by the end of the week.

And Aviation Pro is right; "Where's Osama?"

That's being said a lot more now and over the the next few days. Let's see what that does to those numbers.
