It's not often I relish in the misfortunes of others
but in this case ABC knew exactly what they were doing, lying and beating the war drums for the bush* cartel in an in your face type way. I wonder what time today I will hear of the first lawsuit brought by any in the big dogs administration. so far 9:00 am and nothing, wtf

There was a nice disclaimer at the beginning of the show that presented it as an act of fiction.
I would be pretty surprised if anyone would waste money trying to start a law suit against it.

Pure crap definitely but I seriously doubt there will be any court cases coming out of it.
