Edit for spelling (as usual)

1. I wonder how many were warned and told...
... Not to get there until after a certain time... and I would dearly love to see the stock trading records for the week leading up to...

5. A dear friend
decided to take the next train from N.J. because the one that would get him to work on time was a sardine can. The 2nd plane went through his office.

7. How far into NYC did he get?
My friends sister was on her way to her job but was running late that day. If I remember correctly her train was halted several blocks away.

8. my cousin was on her way to the WTC for a conference
they had a conference room booked with clients. They decided to do some pre-planning in their NJ office before heading into NYC and to have breakfast...they were in cars headed to the city when the trade center was attacked.

10. ironically, the collapse of the Towers saved some lives at the Pentagon
The son of one of my husband's co-workers had a office in the newly re-done part of the Pentagon that was struck, but the conference rooms hadn't been finished yet. When the WTC was struck, they went to their old conference room in a different part of the Pentagon to watch the news coverage of events in NYC, never dreaming that the Pentagon would be on the news all too soon.
