She was on "Today" when the planes hit. I'm not at a TV now. Are they showing the tape of the "Today" show when Katie was on?

7. I've been watching

I was at work on that day and by the time I set a TV up, both planes had already hit. I turned this on a few minutes before the second plane hit. I tried to imagine watching this live that day and seeing that second plane when it happened.

It was a very strange day, that's for sure. I still feel so sad for all those people that died that day. Two things really still hit me hard. One is that the attacks brought so many people together in a way that we have never really seen before, but this president shot that all to hell, and the second thing is I still get choked up when they show footage of people jumping.
