Remembering what DID happen. The Classroom/NYC Split-Screen video returns.
On this important fifth anniversary of 9/11, the Bush Administration is on a PR blitz to convince us that ONLY THEY can protect us from the evil terrorists baddies that want to do us harm.

It bears mentioning that so far, in ABC's mockumentary "Path to 9/11", Iraq is not mentioned once! Nada. Zip. Zero. Considering how Iraq is "the central front of the War on Terror", you'd think that they would have been mixed in there somehow. Huh. I'm sure it's an oversight they'll correct in Part Two tonight.

Anywho... while the Bushies are falling all over themselves re-writing history, I've re-uploaded my "Seven Minutes" split-screen video of President Bush sitting in that classroom, motionless for seven minutes while all hell is breaking loose in New York.

Visit the blog and post *your* memories of when you found out that day, and how YOU reacted when you heard the news.

7. wow. We get so used to scene-shifting ...
... on movies and TV, that it's unusual to see the camera stay still for so long. He looks so ... inert. Really brings home the point!
