because they were slandered and misrepresented in this fakeudrama?

I think everyone slandered should sue, but maybe a corporation like AA could be convinced to do so more easily than an individual. Any suit would be costly - a corp would be able to afford it more than a person. And, a person will be continue to be slandered by the GOP as a counteroffensive - it's a little harder to slander an airline (what are they going to publicize? their on-time rate? stale pretzels??).
