Damn, I happen to catch the first couple of minutes of this program because it trailed Funny Home Videos. Anyway, here is what the VERY BEGINNING said:

September 11, 2001.
We all know what happened.
This is how it happened.

Then, a couple minutes later, after the intro, the damn disclaimer comes up and says, "This is not a documentary, contains fictionalized scenes", etc.

So what the HELL? Is it a documentary or not, ABC/Disney!!

Double-minded BASTARDS!

that it's the truth, but leave themselves an out with the "fiction" disclaimer. I hope they get their asses sued by everyone they've maligned and slandered.
