As a disabled Vet it makes me feel real good. Now I know why I can't get helped, except to get pain killers. Even they were a fight to get, indisputable evidence was required. The obvious symptoms of severe suffering were insufficient. Even a documented history of the exact problems requiring these kinds of measures before were not enough, we had to spend six months reinventing the wheel.
