Repuke Lehman: If you don't like the hits to the Clinton Administration..
Edited on Sun Sep-10-06 05:33 PM by journalist3072
This comment is utterly disgusting coming from a member of the 9/11 Commission.

This is Republican Commissioner John Lehman speaking on ABC's This Week (from this AM):

"If you don't like the hits to the Clinton administration, well, welcome to the club. Republicans have lived with Michael Moore and Oliver Stone for years."

Is he saying that this movie is essentially payback for F911?

Mr. Lehman, allow me to make an important distinction between F911 and Path to 911.

F911 was based on FACTS. THE TRUTH.

Mr. Lehman, you know that scene in Path to 9/11 that portrays Sandy Burger as refusing to give an order to kill Osama bin Laden? It NEVER HAPPENED!

date or headline or some minor glitch, I can't even remember the details now. Urk.

3. What don't they understand
about telling the truth. We need not succumb to a single lie, the truth is bad enough. This shows their total lack of morals.

6. F9/11 was also not broadcast over the public airwaves.
It also did not portray itself as the "Official True Story." based off of the governments own report.

You would think that this stupid fuck would be a little more angry that this "bipartisan" report is being used for partisan gains. That tells me that the 9/11 Report and Commission was a fucking scam used to cover up *'s fuck ups.

I say that when we gain back control we throw out that bullshit and start a new committee.

7. The Commission was a scam, becaue they knew they were being lied to
by government officials.

For example, the 9/11 Commission had such distrust for the testimony they received from people at the Pentagon, that they referred the matter to the Pentagon's Inspector General. They even considered referring the matter to the Department of Justice for a possible criminal probe. In other words, they knew Pentagon officials were lying to them.

10.  Michael Moore and Oliver Stone? "Welcome to the club"?
Who'se club does he think he's in? After two decades of jingo Stallone/Schwarzenegger/Chuck Norris "damn chichen-shit bureacrats and hippies lost us Vietnam and let them keep POWs" movies, lie-spewing talk-radio and cable talking heads, and assorted fiction books lining the "non-fiction" shelves, there's no need to welcome us. We're "card carrying members" (who have little tolerance for whining newbies).
