So finally, even Cheney the Dick admits NO WMD IN IRAQ.
But he says bush would have invaded Iraq even if they had known there was no WMD.

Nice to finally have the war criminal admit bush is in fact a war criminal responsible for the supreme crime of an unprovoked war of aggression.

5, wasn't it?

Funny how he only has the "stomach" for war when it's not his ass in danger but it is his wallet growing fatter.

Edited on Sun Sep-10-06 12:32 PM by tularetom
For cheney and rummy - big profits for Halliburton and other energy rapists
For the neocons - their wet dream of world domination realized
For the christian wackos - the thrill of offing ragheads
For little lord bunnypants - proving to his mommy that he actually possesses male genitalia unlike his daddy

They didn't need no steenking WMD's

7. But will he ever admit that he said Iraq had WMD?
He's got a cheesy excuse. "We thought they had WMDs based on the intelligence they received."

What the rat bastard doesn't tell anybody is that the intelligence was received after Dick and Scooter went to Langley and intimidated analysts into saying what they wanted the public to think.

10. Yes, it is a fact
And US intell also told BushCo there was evidence of WMDs.

Most of the intelligence was ambiguous. "Maybe" Iraq had WMDs. Doug Feith was in the Pentagon's Office of Special Plans editing Intel reports; it must have saved the taxpayers a lot of money on ink and paper to take all the "maybes" out. Dick and Scooter were down in Langley harassing analysts into saying what they want the public to believe.

We know what they did. They manipulated ambiguous intelligence and presented to Congress only that which supported their case for war. Then they pretended they didn't know about the rest. They knew about it.

And they knew that much of what they were presenting was based on forged documents, like the Niger document, or unreliable human intelligence, like the information they got from Hardball.

I don't know about Dick Cheney, but where I come from manipulating facts like that is called lying.
