Don't cut up your Disney DVD's
Make a backup copy first in case you regret your decision (anydvd + dvdshrink + nero) PM me if you want to know how to do this.

Then SELL them to a local used DVD store or Ebay. When the DVDs are resold disney doesn't make a penny off of them and it pushes down the price of new DVDs.
