2. You should give the TOPIC if you want good response
The folks on dialup don't want to wait for a page load about something not so exciting. Or divisive, or something they are not interested in.

That said the topic is: Do you believe any 9/11 conspiracy theories?

I think conspiracy implies intelligence and planning ability...so I wonder if this bunch is smart enough?

17. I don't like the way the question is asked.
I believe SOME of the theories have merit, such as those involving the very odd stock trading activity, the apparent inability of NORAD to respond (or that they weren't informed...something I find WAY beyond
belief, the almost instant location of the hijackers' car at the Boston airport and why Chimp sat like a turd on a log for so many minutes...THOSE things are plenty enough to consider without getting into outer space with idiotic conjecture about controlled demolition, disappeared airplanes and dumb shit like that. Their poll question seems to me to have the effect of saying that if you believe there was -something- suspicious about 9/11, you must think ALL the CTs are true. Which is absurd because they can't all be.

22. Between watching the second plane hit and the first tower falling;
I stood there thinking 'This has to be planned.' 6 months prior bushco tried to start a war with China. Do you remember? We overfly their country and there's a collision between planes and they lose a plane and a pilot. If that happened over this country, we would have invaded China a year later and there would be 500,000 lost lives now. China did not take the bait and we're about to face 2 countries with, or about to have, nuclear weapons. It's great to live in interesting times. Conspiracy theories or not!

26. So, a cabal of thieves who've LIED about everything else
... told only the truth about 9/11? Interesting.

And a government that was targeting Richard Jewell as the Olympic Park bomber for over 6 months before (lo and behold!) they 'discovered' that it forensically matched Eric Rudolf's deeds was able to identify all 19 hijackers and their activities prior to 9/11 .... in less than 48 hours?

Quick! Check your dictionary! It's probably one of the many defective dictionaries without the word 'gullible' in it!

32. It gets worse...
According to a Zogby poll, 46% of the people believe Saddam was linked to the 9/11 attacks. These people are clearly not paying attention. That is old, old news. My guess is, these people probably don't support the idea of an inside job. Now combine those numbers with the Scripts Howard poll that say 32% of the people believe 9/11 was an inside job and what does that leave us?

With 46% brain dead and 32% believeing in a government conspiracy of some nature, that leaves 18% of the people who are at least somewhat aware of current events and who also believes Bush's story about 9/11. It sort of looks like you're outnumbered 2 to 1.
