I know this obviously seems like something bizarre to most of us here but it is a harmless well intentioned idea from an inspired mother. Some parents are very religious and there's nothing wrong with them wanting their children to feel more protected while they sleep while encouraging faith.

Though we wouldn't dress our kids in them, there's nothing wrong with others doing so if they choose.
