I would have no problem with ABC using this so long as they refer to the Bush republicans as fascists, christofascists, or at least noted the irony of Bushies calling anyone fascists given Bush's grandfather's financial dealings with the Nazis and Bush's affinity for the modern neo-fascist Berlusconi in Italy.

Fascist is a better term for the Bushies than Nazis because they lack the flair of Hitler and his German variety and resemble the more plainly thug-ish model pioneered by Mussolini and Franco, and imitated by Third World kleptocrats ever since.

I would say the Bushies are Third World kleptocrats, which they are in terms of stealing from our country to enrich their friends, but at least Bush and Cheney don't dress in uniforms with brush epaulets and banks of unearned medals. Yet.
