If the Clinton's do sue ABC/Disney, Hillary will gain enormous traction
politically, and help redeem herself to the left. It's that simple and I hope she's paying attention.

2. All I can say is if she and Bill don't sue,
she will go down even further in my estimation. The gauntlet has been thrown.

3. I agree. I think this is one of those political situtations where there
is little potential for gain; but great potential for loss.

I hope the Clintons do go on the attack; becaues we all lose if they don't.

4. if they sue.....it cannot be used against her or for her
seeing the matter is pending in court............it cannot be used for political gain from either party...........but you can bet that there will be snide references about it in the GOP campaigns..........

5. Who TF cares what the Grand OIL Party says!
We want justice in this country. We want a press that doesn't spew rightwing propaganda like it's news and then face NO consequences. Even if ABC/Disney has enough money to fight a lawsuit ad infinitum, they will still get bad press when a suit is filed. It will be clear to Americans that the Clintons are mad as hell. Innocent people fight back. It looks like you are guilty if you crawl under a rug.

8. What good would it do to sue after it is shown? The damage will already b
be done?

9. It would do a lot of good!
First, ABC/Disney's lies would be aired like dirty laundry for all to see/smell. Second, by suing, the Clinton's would demonstrate that they are INNOCENT of ABC/Disney's slanderous lies. Third, it would energize the Dem base against these, and other, right wing thugs. Fourth, they might just WIN.
