Can grassroots Democrats begin a class action law suit against ABC/Disney?
After all, if this abomination is actually shown, the Democratic party will have been smeared, at least by implication, along with members of the Clinton administration. I'm not a lawyer, but it seems if malice can be shown, as well as the attempt to negatively influence public opinion through outright lies, we might have a case for damages.

Democrats v. ABC/Disney anybody? :D
