Free republic members have a hard time with the "stand up next to you part." ABC should go ahead and air it. It's a bad decision and is likely to backfire. A lot of people will show up at water coolers the next day with a "Did you see that bullshit last night?"

A lie has to be told to be a lie.

They obviously cannot re-write and re-film the thing so they can only not show it. The freepers will accuse "the Liberals" of being intolerant and criticize ABC as being liberal tools.

So it's really better they show it. To lie about something like the 911 Attacks is really low. Let them show it.

by saying a scene involving her was "false and defamatory." That's a legal term of art you'd expect to see in a complaint in a lawsuit, and I don't think she'd have used those particular words unless she was making a not-too-subtle threat of litigation.

16. It was not there (at least I do not see the threat either). I think she

would have to actually SEE the film first. I do not think she has based on what I have read. In one article she said something to the effect of people talking to her about the film. Heck, Clinton does not have a copy yet.
