All we can do is hunker down for a long fight, one that will be all consuming for generations to come as diplomacy is far removed from this fight now. America will never be the same again.

It is my understanding that the number of justices in not fixed in the Constitution. More can and have been added over time. The next time the Democratics control the WH and have a filibuster proof senate they simply add sufficient seats to counter it's radical membership.
