Investigative journalists pummeled while on the job
Edited on Thu Sep-07-06 07:05 AM by Chimichurri
The journalist was investigating a mortgage fraudster who would steal identitities to buy homes then rent the homes out to others. Here's the video http://strmz.com/Clip3894

1. Unbelievable. Hope he gets a few months in
jail for that. One just can't go around knocking the crap out of people.

3. The Fox news camera could have been killed in Florida
If as it appears the reporter and camera man was on the man property then it fits Florida's Stand your Ground and shot law.

5. Sorry it does fit.... The cameraman had equipment
that the man could be threaten with. It does look like the lawn of the man's business.

7. Generally one is required to support their claim.
"No, it doesn't to me" & "You're way off base." are usually backed up with facts or some sort of supportive rationale as a matter of courtesy here. unfortunately, I have no cute acronym for you in leaving.

9. Correct.
It isn't even close to fitting that law. Suggesting it is, is just plain silly. The fellow is a low-life thug, and both he and his wife deserve some jail time.
