Congress tries to push on *'s behalf this next week or so? Do we engage in a preemptive strike at the black heart of the Evil Empire? Or do we just let them gut the Constitution and kill democracy?

What is it, my fellow DUers? Do we just wring our hands and lament? Or, do we take a stand and start unloading some whooptush on some legislators?

your e-mail saying protect people and the constitution... once they open up special torture laws and trials.. American's are free game.

2. As long as B*sh can declare a person
inelligible for the protections of the Geneva Convention, he is a dictator. I don't care what name they give a prisoner, it does not negate the personhood of that prisoner.

5. You have to fight for your freedom sometimes.
There are always those that would like to take some of your freedoms away. Never leave the door open.
