Don't forget your local ABC affiliates! They hold great power over Network

All the talk of boycotting ABC and its advertisers is all well and good, and perhaps DU activists will get them to reconsider the show. But I wouldn't bet on it...obviously somebody at the top level of the network likes the idea in order for it to be going ahead without commercial interruption.

But serious pressure can be brought to bear on the local affiliates, who will in turn voice their displeasure to the network at being put in this tough spot with the local people who pay their bills.

We're the tiny fish...we need to work the food chain in managable bites!

as well.. Sorry did not see your post, but obviously great minds think alike... That is the way to do it... The affiliates are much smaller and succumb to pressure much easier....
