SEATTLE - Donald Rumsfeld says people like me are morally and intellectually confused.

(snip)

Acting as a presidential attack dog, Donald Rumsfeld pointed a quivering finger at people like me and concluded that we are somehow unpatriotic for failing to rally 'round the man that he holds up as some sort of political messiah.

Well, I've got a finger for Donald Rumsfeld, but I'd get in trouble for flipping it.

During his American Legion speech this week, Rumsfeld made the White House perspective abundantly clear: If people like me don't back Bush, then people like me are seen as trying to appease a new type of fascism.

I wonder when it will dawn on Mr. Rumsfeld that there are less and less people like him out there, and more and more people like me.
