CNN's Candy Crowley is back, in her favorite role...
... shilling for the Bush Administration.

Following Bush's speech, Murtha's response and some pretty devastating polls that show the nation is unhappy with the administration and Congress, Kyra Phillips turned to Candy Crowley for commentary and political analysis.

She essentially said that "Democrats don't have a plan, they keep saying the same thing. Listen to Murtha, it's the same story. I'm not certain that will translate into votes for them in November, unless the really angry voters show up."

This crap is just un-frigging-believable to me.

1. They keep saying the same thing, yes. The same PLAN.
The same PLAN that has not been implemented. So it kind of makes sense to keep repeating it.

If they changed what they were saying, Crowley would say they're "flip-flopping" or "backing away" or "trying to find an identity".

5. You absolutely nailed today's Modern Political Pundits.
That's exactly what she would say... that the Democrats are "finding their voice, searching for themselves in a time when voters crave security and known entities."

It's nauseating, isn't it?

3. don't NEED a 'plan'
'the GOP has botched it royally, give us a shot' is plenty good enough for me.

what 'plan' fixes an unwinnable situation, anyway?

8. Note how they're back to the old "Angry Voters" script.
Isn't that how they defined the entire Howard Dean movement in late 2003-early 2004?

They're trying to frame us again. Don't think it's going to work this time.

Thanks again to Bill Clinton and the rest of the media deregulating DINO's.

Sold us all out- and lost your relevancy in national politics at the same time.
Brilliant move.

And you wonder why nobody (even those who used to be your strongest supporters) has any confidence in your party's ability to lead.

12. The Rebubs must feed her. She is awful. Although all weekend long
they kept up the same commentary- the Democrats don't have a plan, the democrats are weak on security issues. The Bush administration is trusted on terrorism issues. Blah, Blah, Blah.
Maybe they are afraid the Democrats aren't going to treat them so well when they regain power.

19. Angry voters *VOTE*.
Anger is an activating emotion. We want the electorate to be angry with ChimpCo. That will bring lots of surprises in November.
