bush is claiming what he is not going to let happen and...
he seems to be dicatating to the next president . He just said he is not going to let terrorist get away with terrorism. why is he hollering is this getting the point across now?

1. Hollering because he's guilty.
Watch out for the behavior of any cornered animal. They're gonna get meaner, before they're expelled.

2. It's the old joke about the neighbor yelling to scare away tigers...
everyone complains and says there are no tigers here. The neighbor says "SEE??? It's working!"

This and the bullshit claim of no other terror attacks since 911 are the plan to orient the nation toward the acceptance of the Republican agenda for Security by Totalitarianism.
