Kurdish leader bans Iraqi flag on official buildings in Kurdistan

Baghdad - The regional president of Iraqi Kurdistan, Massoud al-Barzani, on Friday issued a decree banning the use of the Iraqi flag on all governmental buildings in the Kurdish region.
